Once a price is accepted by the client the price for the agreed services is FIXED. No nasty surprises.

Ownership

All files, copyright and services held or managed by Live Link on behalf of the client remain the property of the client and can be requested at any time for no additional fee when fully paid apart from compiling and zipping website files and burning them to a CD.

Client Participation

Live Link clients are encouraged to participate in the process of building an effective site. A 'virtual proof' is loaded onto our staging server so that clients can offer their input as the site progresses. YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT NOT WHAT WE SAY YOU CAN HAVE!

Search Engine Optimisation

All Live Link websites are 'optimised' and submitted to the major search engines including a Google XML sitemap file.
The content, meta tags (Coding visible to some search engines) and page names and content are carefully balanced for the best position using selected 'key phrases'.

There are conflicting opinions about Google Adwords and it's effectiveness.

  • Adwords should be used if you want to get your site 'findable' in the shortest possible time or if the saturation of competing sites listed in the general rankings is very high with established websites. However, your Adword bid will be very high as you will still be competing with many others.
  • The ROI (Return on Investment) costs can be very, very high.
  • Adwords sponsored links are often treated with suspicion because many entries don't take you where you want to go!
  • In the long term it is more effective and cheaper to ensure your website is always up to date with accurate information and SEO to improve your real ranking.

Although you can set up and manage your own account, Google Adwords can be very expensive and wasteful without professional advice and constant monitoring.
